4. Technical requirements for XBC-ZW mobile diesel engine self-priming pump:

　Drive: Electric start diesel engine, equipped with fuel gauge and oil alarm device;

　　 (1) There is no need to vacuum and use other methods to assist pumping. After the pumping pipe is extended into the required pumping place, the pump can be directly started and drained quickly.

　　 (2) Adopt a cartridge mechanical seal, the mechanical seal adopts independent lubrication and cooling cavity, the cooling cavity adopts oil lubrication, and the cooling cavity maintains a pressure of 2bar;

　　 (3) The axis deviation shall not be greater than 0.003 mm;

　　 (4) The thick shaft of the rotary pump adopts a stepless design, and the diameter shall not be less than 85 mm, which reduces the deviation of the shaft and prolongs the service life;

　　(5) The pump ensures that the rotor runs for a long time under the rigid supports at the two ends, and the supports at the two ends are equipped with mechanical seals to ensure that the bearings do not contact the conveying materials. Ensure that the shaft does not deviate and reduce the wear of the rotor and related parts.
