I. Overview  

   CQ stainless steel magnetic drive pump is a new type of pump that uses the working principle of permanent magnet coupling to transfer torque without contact. When the prime mover drives the outer magnetic steel rotor, the magnetic field drives the inner magnetic steel rotor to rotate synchronously, and the inner magnetic steel rotor and The impeller is connected as a whole, so as to achieve the purpose of driving the impeller to rotate without contact. Because the liquid is enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, the magnetic pump is a fully enclosed, leak-free pump type.

   In many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, electronics, etc., more and more manufacturers require a leak-free process environment for the medium they transport, and there is an urgent need to choose the ideal pump type. The flow parts of the CQ series stainless steel magnetic pump are made of stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), which are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, water treatment, etc., to transport flammable, explosive, toxic and precious liquids. The ideal equipment is to create a civilized workshop without leakage and pollution. Applicable temperature: -20℃～100℃.

 

3. Leak-proof design of magnetic pump

    The static seal is used to replace the dynamic seal, and the magnetic coupling is used for indirect drive, which eliminates the trouble of dripping and does not pollute the use site. Eliminate environmental pollution, create "non-leakage workshop" and "non-leakage factory", and realize the ideal pump for safe and civilized production.

 

Fourth, the principle of operation

    The driving device adopts an active magnet coupling to be directly mounted on the motor shaft, the pump chamber is completely closed, and the impeller on the rotor assembly is indirectly driven to rotate through magnetic coupling.
