Operating instructions
   1. Check the oil level. The oil level should be in the center of the oil standard. If the oil level is too low, it will not be able to seal the exhaust valve and affect the vacuum degree; if the oil level is too high, it will cause fuel injection when starting. Before running, take off the V-belt, correct the rotation of the motor, and then start it to avoid fuel injection. During operation, the oil level rises slightly, which is a normal phenomenon. When the amount of oil is insufficient, use No. 1 vacuum pump oil and add it from the oil filling hole. The oil needs to be filtered to prevent debris from entering and blocking the oil holes.
   2, 2X type rotary vane vacuum pump pump port if the solenoid valve is installed, it should act at the same time with the pump.
When the   3 and 2X rotary vane vacuum pumps are started, the start button should be activated once or twice to make the oil pressure in the pump cavity reach the oil tank, and then start the operation formally.
  4. When the ambient temperature is high, the oil temperature increases, the viscosity decreases, and the saturated steam increases, which will cause the ultimate vacuum to drop, so ventilation and heat dissipation should be strengthened.
   5. To check the ultimate vacuum of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump, a compression mercury vacuum gauge should be used. The vacuum gauge should be directly connected to the pump port, and the ultimate vacuum will be reached within 30 minutes of operation.
  6, 2X type rotary vane vacuum pump should close the valve at the suction port before stopping the pump to isolate it from the vacuum system, and then stop the pump.
  7. If the 2X type rotary vane vacuum pump with gas ballast valve contains more condensable steam in the suction gas, the gas ballast valve should be opened.
